She was predeceased by : her husband Clarence Marion Hayward. She is survived by : her children, Steve Hayward (Rhonda) of Joplin, Doug Hayward (Susan) of Springfield, Missouri, Sharon Hennig (Scott) of Georgetown and Patty Moeller (Tim) of Gerald, Missouri.
