She is survived by: her children, Melissa Jones (Mike) of Gibsonburg, Nick Picciuto of Gibsonburg, Tonya Picciuto of Toledo and Jessica Jacobs (Brian) of Paulding; her siblings, Rick Allen, Randy Allen, Robert Allen, Julie Allen and Vanessa "Betsy" Allen; her grandchildren, Cali, Miley and Trent; Dominic Picciuto of Gibsonburg.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be given to: Hospice of Northwest Ohio or Woodville United Methodist Church.
