He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Marie Smith; his children, LuAnn Consolo (Charles) of Tiffin, Lloyd "Pete" Long (Linda) of Elmore, Lori Maynard (Ray Nolen) of Lindsey and Darla Durbin (Jeff) of Fremont; his grandchildren, Nick Consolo, Tony Consolo (Natalie Wertz), Brette Ott (Nate), Melanie Moore (Jason), Lisa Long (Luke Twarek), Suzanne Bucalo (Ray), Theresa Clinker (Mike), Kim Zoller (Keith), Andy Maynard (Kelly), Alex Durbin (Korrin) and Jessica Daniels (Cory); his stepgranddaughters, Della Smith (Matt) and Betty Hoffman (Mark); his sister Lois Rader (Leon); and his siblings-in-law, Bonnie Long, Roy Copley and Robert Smith (Gloria).
