He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman O. Hoffman and Phyllis Hoffman (Clark); and his brothers-in-law, William Gene Ward, David Moore and Bill Kiser.
He is survived by: his siblings, Sandra Moore of Mt. Victory, OH, David (Eloise) of Wauseon, Angie Kiser of Fremont and Leslie Brinker (Jim) of Pemberville.
