It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Cappuzzello (Girard, Ohio), born in Youngstown, Ohio, who passed away on January 31, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Hlebak and Agnes Hlebak (Rubicky); her sister Darlene Crutchfield; and her grandson William Thomas Cooke. She is survived by : her husband Joseph; her children, Jennifer Cooke (Thomas), Devona Marshall (Brandon), Jason Cappuzzello (Jackie), Joseph Cappuzzello (Emily), Nicholas Cappuzzello (Jessica) and Natalie Williams (Charles); her brothers, Robert Hlebak (Marlette) and James Hlebak (Debbie); and her brother-in-law Calvin Crutchfield.

In lieu of gifts, please consider a donation to St. Rose Catholic Church, 48 E. Main St., Girard, OH 44420 where Ruth was a parishioner for many years.
