She is survived by : her children, James Peyatt, Jr. (Shylow) of Lake Milton, OH and Laura Peyatt (Robert Carter II) of Girard, OH; her stepdaughters, Priscilla Simmons (David) of Ravenna, OH and Harriet Smith (Ray) of Orwell, OH; her adoptive son David Jacobs; and her grandchildren, James III, Alanna, Robert III, Mary, Doug, Crystal, Randy, Curtis, Christopher and Stephanie. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
