“In loving memory of William J. Turocy Jr., Someone so special will not be forgotten. Never as long as I have breath. He was a dear friend and will be missed but know he no longer has to deal with health issues. I can not say enough regarding his loyalty and caring personage. We were as different as night and day yet shared so much in common.”

“Bill and I served together at Fort Monroe Virginia from 1967 to 1968 and after never lost touch. I have many memories to share from his laughter every time I was assigned to KP ( which he never let me forget) to the times we would go out to The Rebel Drive-in for a burger and coke. I will mis his crazy lovable letters where he would write a note and send clippings of newspaper cartoons and short articles he found amusing. R.I.P. old friend, we send our condolences to the family.”
