He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Richmond and Virgie Vance Richmond; his brothers, Hurston and Eugene Richmond; and his nephew Sam Richmond.

He is survived by: his wife Donna Jo Richmond; his children, Randy Richmond (Amy), Janis Burchfield (Bill), Rodney Richmond, Wendy Turley (Justin) and Michael Rupe (Barbara); his grandchildren, Austin Burchfield (Destany Hopkins), Cody Richmond, Allison Richmond, Ryan Richmond, Brandon Turley, Haylee Turley, Charles, Natalie, Michael and Abraham Rupe; his great grandchildren, Addilynn and Taylinn Burchfield; his siblings, Dorothy Richmond, Jessie Lee Miller (Charles), Evelean Farley (Maxwell), Betty Peck (Randy), Geneva Phillips, Kay Patterson (Mike), Eddie Richmond, Wondel Richmond (Kay), Kennith Richmond (Jo Ann Vore) and Lloyd Dale Richmond (Sue DeLong); and his pet Sonny. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Masks and social distancing will be required while attending all services.
