He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Tarter; his children, Debbie Retherford (Gary), Rachel Petrovic (David), Todd Barker, Tana Fezatte, Theresa Stacey and Troy Barker; his grandchildren, Holly, Jerrod, Amanda, Alysha, Seth, Jaron, Beth, Spencer, Cole, Scout, Skyler, Vanessa and DJ; his great grandchildren, Cahlia, Brooks, Ava, Jaxon, Josie and Jace; and his siblings-in-law, Roy Ellsberry (Christina), Joye Schleutker (Charlie) and June Dillon (Jack). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and many dear friends.
