He was predeceased by: his wife Judith Kathleen Wells; his sister Janet Evans; and his parents, Wilburn Kenneth Wells and Ethel Griffis. He is survived by: his children, Gregory Wells (Tina), Martha Vesper (Randall) and Jackie Cole (Mike); his grandchildren, Miranda Wells, Gordon Shank, Michael Wells, Jennifer Vesper, Sabrina Vesper, Daniel Coffey, Justin Coffey, Cortney Cole and Casey Kirby; his great grandchildren, Sophia Lynch, Hayleigh Wells, Derrick Gibson, Jaxon Jones, Vivian Shank, Rhett Shank, Georgia Shank, Aria Coffey, Olivia Coffey, Luca Staggs and Clinton Davis; his siblings, Barbara Allen, David Griffis, Dodie Baston, Bill Wells, Pat Wells and Donald Griffis; and his stepparents, Pat Wells and Donald Griffis. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and many dear friends.
