She was predeceased by : her parents, Clellie Warren and Myrtle Warren. She is survived by : her daughter Patricia Nejvara (Robert); her stepson Jim Carmony (Rita); her grandchildren, Christopher, Thomas (Marla) and LeighAnn Sisler (Ray); her stepgrandchildren, Heather Musgrove (Randy) and Ashlee Nealis (Vince); her great grandchildren, T. J., Alexia, Madison, Alex, Noah, Emma and Drew; and her sister Jean Allen. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial Contributions can be given to Bethany Baptist Church or Ohio Living Hospice.
