She was predeceased by : her parents, Woodrow Hackworth and Hazel Hackworth (Conley); and her brothers, Woodrow Jr. and Roger. She is survived by : her husband Charles "Chuck" Treen; her daughters, Michelle Dawson (Jeff) of Walbridge, Jennifer Helberg (Jeff) of Bowling Green and Lisa Molnar (Jason) of Bowling Green; her grandchildren, Brittany (Cody), Zachery, Tyler Dawson, Sadie, Chase Helberg and Max Molnar; and her siblings, Floyd (Lila), Michael Hackworth (Donna) and Carolyn Babcock (Bob).
