It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy O'Leary Jr. of Grand Rapids, Ohio, who passed away on November 29, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Roy O'Leary Jr. to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Roy Sr. O'Leary and Violet O'Leary (Camron); his wife Treva Clapp; and his sister Mary. He is survived by : his children, Carry Semler (Todd), Mike O'Leary (Lela), Tim O'Leary (April) and Roy O'Leary III (Mandy); his grandchildren, Michelle, Dylan, Dalton, Gloria, Timmy, Devin and Collin; and his stepgrandsons, Brian, Josh, Justin and Roy.

The family would like to thank everyone at Grand Rapids Care Center for the wonderful care during the COVID crisis with a special thank you to Melinda Amos for being his family when they couldn't be there.

Memorial Contributions in Roy's honor may be gifted to the Wood County Humane Society, 801 Van Camp Road, Bowling Green, Ohio 43402 for the dogs.
