She was predeceased by : her parents, Glenn Clapp and Francis Clapp (Shellhart); and her siblings, Larry, Sammy and Imogene.
She is survived by : her husband Roy O'Leary; her children, Carry Semler (Todd), Mike O'Leary (Lela), Tim O'Leary (April) and Roy O'Leary III (Mandy); her grandchildren, Michelle, Dylan, Dalton, Gloria, Timmy, Devin and Collin; her stepgrandsons, Brian, Josh and Justin; her brother Gordan Clapp; and her close friend Teresa Gerlach.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions in Treva's honor may be gifted to the ASPCA or the Wood County Humane Society, 801 VanCamp Road, Bowling Green, Ohio 43402.
