Smith of Green Springs, Ohio, born in Stone, Kentucky, who passed away on January 19, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Henon Blair and Ruth Blair (Chapman); her spouse Gene E. Smith; and her siblings, Alma Byington, Jimmie Blair and Cecil Blair.
She is survived by : her children, Debbie C. Lewis (Dave) and Gene A. Smith (Shirley); and her siblings, Bonnie Hoppe and Terry Blair of Oak Harbor, OH. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
