He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, William Zieber and Opal Zieber; his wife Connie Zieber; his children, Paula Kay Hyman (Michael), Phyllis Jean Skeel (Gary) of Ocala, FL, Richard Dale (Lucy) of Findlay, Rodney Lee (Gail) of Clyde and Aaron Joseph (Christina); his siblings, LaMar Zieber (Phyllis) of Norwalk and Marlene Mihalus of Spring Hill, FL; and his stepmother Dorothy Zieber. He was also cherished by his 14 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Fremont Baptist Temple located at 1850 County Road 198, Fremont, Ohio.
