She was predeceased by : her parents, Andrew McLoughlin and Stella McLoughlin (Puckrin); her former life partner Walter O'Neill; her husband Andrew J. Lukac; her son Brian O'Neill; and her siblings, George McLoughlin and Vivian Hendershot.
She is survived by : her children, Kathleen O'Neill (Ray Merrill) of Gainesville, FL, Kevin O'Neill (Marsha Carrington), Michael O'Neill (Gigi), Clyde, Laurie Frayn (Gary) of Beaverton, OR, Andrew Lukac III (Lisa) and Matthew Lukac (Paula) of Norwalk, OH. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren and twenty six great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren.
