He was predeceased by : his parents, Daniel Brock and Louise Brock (Carter). He is survived by : his wife Julie R. Brock of Green Township; his siblings, Towanna Bradley of Cincinnati and Robert Barnette of Hamilton; his foster mother Bev Helm of Springfield, Illinois; his parents-in-law, Tressie Stricklett of West Union, Roy Stricklett of West Union, Michael Stricklett of Otway and Christina King of Peebles; his nieces and nephews, Brittany, Shaniah (Mariah Stricklett), Roy Stricklett, Jr. of Manchester and Haley (Johnny King); and his cousins, Tony and Harlene Carter of Hamilton.
