She was predeceased by: her parents, Harley Pummell and Lena Pummell (McNeil); her husband James Best; her siblings, Ralph Pummell (Sam), George Pummell, John Pummell, Dorothy Kinnison (Elbert) and Betty Fite; and her niece Laura Louise Kinnison.
She is survived by: her daughter Harlena Best of Greenfield; and her grandson Jake Crouse of Canal Winchester. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
