She was predeceased by : her parents, Walter Brookhart and Luella Brookhart (Siferd); and her husband Dale H. Koch. She is survived by : her children, Dennis Dale Koch (Donna) of Painesville, Lynda Lou Bean of Dublin and Leigh Ann Fletcher (Micheal) of Greenville; her sister Cindy L. Michel of Plain City; her close friends, Sue Henderson, Helen LeMay and Norval Brigner; her grandchildren, Clinton J Randall, Katherine B. Koch, Emilie K. Rice (Jason), Ashley E. Peterson (James) and Brian D. Koch (Brittany); and her great grandchildren, Chelsea E. Randall, Jacob T. Rice, Carter M. Rice, Maxon J. Peterson, Grayden M. Peterson, Palmer K. Peterson and Charlotte R. Koch.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Zechar Bailey Funeral Home (1499 N Broadway St, Greenville, OH 45331). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 12:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at the Greenlawn Cemetery (12502 Presar Rd, Wapakoneta, OH 45895).
