He was predeceased by: his father Patrick Waters; and his grandfather Terry Wininger. He is survived by: his mother Mary Campbell (Julie) of Huntington; his wife Cindy Garey of Greenville; his children, Zachary Westgate of Greenville and Ashley Weatherspoon of Huntington, Indiana.; his siblings, Christopher Waters (Tiffany) of Greenville, Mathew Waters (Michelle) of Greenville and Brandy Waters of Florida; his grandmother Vicky Wininger; and his close friend Gizmo. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, niece, nephews and great nieces.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Zechar Bailey Funeral Home (1499 N Broadway St, Greenville, OH 45331). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Cancer Association of Darke County.
