He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Nancy Crittendon (Tracy) of Grove City, OH and Charles Mullins Jr. (Debby) of Creedmor, NC; his sister Judith Pauley of Cleveland, OH.; his grandchildren, Lydia Grubbs (John) and Brandon Crittendon; his great grandchildren, Amaya and Zidane Grubbs; his parents, Claude Mullins and Ellen Mullins; his grandparents, Oscar and Eve Burgess of Blair, WV.; and his wife Maryanne Mullins.
