As Diana departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. She was predeceased by : her parents, Otis Pierce and Naomi Pierce; and her brother Jerry Pierce. She is survived by : her husband Garold "Gary" Korbel; her stepsons, John and Derrick; her grandsons, Patrick and Henry; her brother Karl Pierce (Karen); and her sister-in-law Carol Pierce. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and a host of other good friends.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Newcomer - Southwest Chapel (3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
