She was predeceased by: her parents, James Kozuh and Myrna Kozuh (Freshcorn); her aunts and uncles, Bill Sturgill, Charlie Malone, Patti Devereux, Carol Malone and Brenda Sturgill; and her pets, CJ, Daisy and George-Jet.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry Lykins; her children, Aaron Sellers (Suzanne), Shelly Getreu (Chris) and Jennifer Nail; her grandchildren, Danielle Kessler (Donald), Emma and Lauren Sellers; and her siblings, Ron Kozuh (Anna), Bob Freshcorn (Jami), Vicki Freshcorn and Jeff Freshcorn (Jessica). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins, and in-laws.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Bella Care Hospice in Jama's memory.
