She was predeceased by: her father Wilbur Helsel; her husband George William Wagner; and her brother Wilbur Helsel Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Cherie Wagner, John Wagner and Jacquie Stewart (Mitch); her grandchildren, Erin, Charles, Alex, Isaac and Anna; her great grandchildren, Gabe and Vivian; and her sister Phyllis Radugge. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
