She is survived by: her husband Gerald "Gary" Fleece; her sons, Christopher Fleece Gary Fleece (Jessica) and Matthew Fleece; her grandchildren, Laura Johnson (Brandon), Isaac Fleece and Annie Fleece; her brother William Lee Hankison (Pamela); and also Buffy Fleece. She is also survived by many in laws and nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Mt. Carmel Hospice in Pat's memory.
