He was predeceased by : his parents, Carl B. Harr and Alice Harr; and his grandson Morgan DeBoard. He is survived by : his wife Arni (Arni) of Harr's Forklift Service Inc; his children, Ellen Weatherby (Chris), Carla DeBoard, Bryan Harr (Carol) and Richie Harr (Amy); his grandsons, Ethan, Garrett DeBoard, Bryson, Caleb, Conner and Parker Harr; and his siblings, Lillian Stickel (Mark) and Don Harr (Betty). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the O. R. Woodyard South Chapel (1346 S High St, Columbus, OH 43207, USA). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
