He is survived by: his wife Martha "Marty" Mullins; his daughters, Lindy Mullins and Mysti Mullins; and his siblings, Phillip Mullins (Dixie), Glenn Mullins (Mary Ann), Anthony Mullins, Samantha Black and Bobbie Ann Roark. He is also survived by nieces, nephews' family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the South Chapel (1346 S High St, Columbus, OH 43207).
