He is survived by: his siblings, Gary Hollingshead (Margaret), Jane Marietta (Bill), Bob Hollingshead (Brigitte), Becki Folden and Cindy Van Pinxteren (Joe); his siblings-in-law, Don Cotner and Heather Cumbo; and his close friends, Jit, Julie Hedges, Scott, Carol Hedges, Meg Mannion, Chris Borman, Joan and Jay Montgomery. He is also survived by many many nieces and nephews.
