She was predeceased by : her parents, Warren Eldridge and Martha Lanane (Shaffer); her husband Bill Rose; her in-laws, Roy, Ruth Rose, Leonard (Shorty) and Gladys Soulier; and her siblings-in-law, Rita and Tom Newman.

She is survived by : her nephew Tommy Newman; her daughter Melissa; her son-in-law Glen Ritchie of Lancaster, OH; her granddaughter Hallie Ritchie of Lancaster, OH; her siblings, Kay (Jerry Clark), Tonia (Jim Haferkorn) and Gerald; her sister-in-law Pat Eldridge of Columbus, OH; her niece Glenda Woodgeard of New; her grandsons, Lane and Jayden Woodgeard of New Plymouth, OH; and her close friends, Dick Traphagen, Phyllis Howard, Phil Arbaugh and Linda Ritchie. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins & friends.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 9th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Myers-Woodyard Funeral Home (587 Main St, Groveport, OH 43125). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 9th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
