She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel "Dick" Moore and Edith Finnearty Moore; her son William "Cody" Neal; and her sisters, Cathy Sloane and Gladys "Toots" Schall.
She is survived by: her husband Gordon Neal of Guysville; her children, Samantha Keith (Richard) of Jacksonville and Nathan Neal of Guysville; and her sisters, Patty Thompson (Sam) of Guysville and Sue Moore of Athens. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
