She was predeceased by: her parents, Joel Sr. Payne and Orvida Payne (Arvin). She is survived by: her husband Bill Grubbs; her daughters, Amy Smithson (Ashley) and Tiffany Robertson (George); her grandchildren, Jacob Stamper, Gracie Stamper, Morgan Smithson, George Robertson and Madison Robertson; and her siblings, Aaron, Darren, Jimmy, Louise, Tonya, Joe Payne and Kenny Payne. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
