She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Engel and Elsie Engel (Meyers); and her children, Joyce Donato and Chuck Spivey. She is survived by: her husband Daniel Spivey; her children, Kimberly Sams, Rebecca Spivey-Blevins (Dennis), Daniel Spivey II (Jenny) and Angie Spivey; her sisters, Janet Grissom and Donna Bachmann; and her cousin JoAnn Paulsen. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
