He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther C. Kerr and Edna R. Kerr (Powers); and his sister Donna Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Joan Kerr; his children, Cliff Kerr (Paula), Debbie Botts (Chet) and Tammy Patrick; his grandchildren, Benny Kerr, Wes Kerr, Haley Kerr, Erica Taylor, Brandy Deltufo and Kelly Mancera; and his siblings, Charles Kerr (Jill), Flona Tewmey, Louella Taylor and Judy Ward. He is also survived by five great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren.
