She is survived by: her children, Jeff Phillips (Kris), Jim Phillips (Lori), Mike Phillips (Betty), Julie Lingler (Phil Frederick), Kelli Lay (Steve) and Kristen Hamric; her grandchildren, Lyndsey, Leslie, Megan, Jessica, Robbie, Andrea, Jacob, Ryann, Adrianna and Peyton; her sister Donna Caliri; and her aunt Patricia Gulley. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
