He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Crouch and Dottie Crouch; his wife Barbara Anne Crouch; and his brother-in-law Charles Baker. He is survived by: his daughters, Belinda Caudill (Robert), Janet Lawhorn and Debra Boeing; his grandchildren, Nick Fille, Breanda Pruitt, Kendra Blanton, Christopher Boeing, Daimon Eberhard, Michael Wysong and Jonathan Wysong; and his siblings, Johnny Crouch (Karen), Mary Baker, Ronnie Crouch (Nancy) and Corky Crouch (Carol). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
