She was predeceased by: her parents, Beverly Alcorn and Lillie Alcorn (Barker); and her siblings, Matt Alcorn (Lula), Clark Alcorn (Desi), Mitchell Alcorn (Karen), Henry Alcorn (Gracie), Earl Alcorn, Sherman Alcorn (Blanche), Wilse Alcorn (Bettye), Sarah Chaney (Wilson) and Miranda Alcorn.

She is survived by: her husband Floyd Sandlin; and her sister-in-law Daphne Alcorn. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Gracie's name to Timberhill Baptist Church.
