We are sad to announce that on December 27, 2021, at the age of 92, Herbert Colwell of Hamilton, Ohio, born in Hyden, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Rubin Colwell and Callie Colwell; and his wife Ruth E. Colwell. He is survived by: his children, Randy Colwell (Terri) and Brenda Lawson; his grandchildren, Sherri Lykins (Chris), Chavis Colwell (Kari) and Kayla Wilson (Mike); his great grandchildren, Deven, Brendan, Bryson, Katelyn and Kaylix; his great great grandchildren, Callie, Avi, Zade and Emery; and his siblings, Rosalie Shepard (late Theral) and Bill Colwell (Nancy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
