She is survived by : her son Leonard Proffitt Jr. (Nancy); her grandchildren, Ryan Proffitt and Shawn Proffitt (Angela); her great grandchildren, Briana Proffitt, Bronson Proffitt, Emily Proffitt and Tanner Proffitt; her sister Cheryl Smith (Richard); and her stepgreat-grandsons, Carson and Keith McCalla.
