He was predeceased by: his parents, Finley Sr. Napier and Pauline Napier (Wooten); his wife Janet Napier; his brother Ronnie Napier; and his granddaughter Angelina Napier.
He is survived by: his daughter Shanda Napier; his grandchildren, Liliana Napier and Zachary Napier Bernardino; and his siblings, Bonnie Bates (Kenneth), Donna Allen, Tommy Napier, Finley Napier Jr. (Patty), Brenda Benge, Terry Napier (Nancy) and Tim Napier (Shelly). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
