She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles "Brown" and Nancy "Dot" Lancaster (Owens); her husband C. Richard Baxter; and her brother John Lancaster. She is survived by: her daughter Beverly Williams (Jay); her stepchildren, Andrea Baxter, Nancy Mullins (Ralph) and Jon Baxter (Jean); her grandchildren, Justin Carrizales (Erin), Jaclyn Johnson (Jason), Summer Herbst (Bob), Tasha Towe (Jason), Kyle Williams, Jeannette Abrams (Greg), Richard Baxter, Elizabeth Brock (Gus) and Samantha Baxter; and her sisters, Janet Baker (Gary), Jayne Lancaster and Jill Davis. She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church of Ross or to Hospice of Cincinnati.
