She was predeceased by: her parents, George Melter and Mary C. Melter (Ridout); her husband Donald L. Collins; her children, Scott Collins and Heather Collins; and her brother George Melter.

She is survived by: her children, Paige Richardson (Matt), Victoria Collins and Sean Collins (Sharon); and her grandchildren, Mikaela, Jake, Alex and George.

In lieu of flowers the family would like donations given to Faith Pentecostal Church, 1676 Eden Park Drive, Hamilton, OH 45013.
