She is survived by: her children, Earl W. Collins, Jr., Beverly Jo "Lacey" Avirit and Carol Sullivan; her grandchildren, Joshua Tribby, Destiny Tribby, Aiden Collins, Ethan Collins, Isaiah Payne, Jaelynn Payne, Brayden Payne, Briana Bowling, Jessica Bowling, Katelyn Bowling and Kylee Lenos; her great grandchild Addy Tribby; and her siblings, MaryJane, Sally, George and Debbie.
