It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia D. Mincher of Hamilton, Ohio, who passed away on December 2, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Still and Eunice Fonda Still (Newman); her husband Richard Mincher; and her brother Robert "Bobby" Still. She is survived by: her sons, Doug, Robert and Randall Mincher (Rachel); her grandchildren, James, John, Jadyn, Hannah, Elijah, Aiden and Everly; and her sister Peggy Becker (Tom). She is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
