He is survived by: his wife Marian Billings (King); his children, Michael Billings (Jewell) and Alana Kathleen Billings; his stepchildren, Kenneth Denney (Janice), Robert Denney (Janice), John Denney (Lynn) and Sarah Buell (Tom); his granddaughter Brittany Stegman (Jerrod Eversole); and his siblings, James Billings (Beverly), Thomas Billings (Amy), Sande Campbell (Jerry), Laura "Mike" Kerkett (Vincent) and Penny Ball. He is also survived by 9 step-grandchildren and 15 step-great grandchildren.
