He is survived by: his wife Imogene Kramer; his children, Connie Hicks (Jerry), Thomas A. Kramer, Rodney Kramer (Ronda) and Cindy Cundiff (David); his sister Cathy Elliott; his grandchildren, Tony, Justin Kramer, Shannon, Brittany Hicks and Maddy; and his great grandchild Daniel Hicks. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
