Taylor of Hammondsville, Ohio, born in Elkton, Ohio, who passed away on September 16, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, George Taylor and Alice Taylor (Morris); and his siblings, Sandra Harper and Joe Taylor. He is survived by : his wife Donna Taylor (Talbott); his stepson Rich Parsons (Nancy) of Hammondsville; and his siblings, Ellen Price (Norman) of Salem and Gerald Taylor of East Liverpool. He is also survived by four step-grandchildren and eight step-great-grandchildren.
