She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael and Mary Kopchak, Sr. (Kopchock); and her siblings, Michael, Jr., John, Andrew, Frank, Steve, Mary, Anna, Lillian, Margaret and Helen.
She is survived by: her sister Eleanor Chura of Marblehead, OH. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
