She was predeceased by: her husband James "Reggie" Scott; and her son Charles "Brent" Scott. She is survived by: her parents, James Kinnison and Jesse Kinnison; and her sons, Marc Scott, Catherine Scott of Lancaster, Jay Scott, Debbie Scott of Pennsylvania and Steve Scott of Ironton.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Kings Daughters and Sons, 1100 Bath Avenue Ashland, Kentucky 41101.
