He was predeceased by: his parent Lawrence Jewell; his wife Ruth Jewell; and his siblings, Jean and Gary. He is survived by: his parent Georgia Jewell; his daughter Teresa Easterling of Coal Grove; and his daughters-in-law, Valerie Jewell of Ironton, Dale Jewell and Jami Jewell of Coal Grove. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
